How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status.
How can I return my purchase?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@griffinchairs.com.
How do I exchange an item?
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the one you want. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
If you prefer, you can also bring the item directly to our location at 5376 Walter Place, Burnaby, BC V5G 4K2. For eligible returns, we can process your exchange or refund.
Are sale items returnable?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at orders@griffinchairs.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@griffinchairs.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

What types of furniture do you offer?
We specialize in premium resin and recycled plastic furniture for residential and commercial applications. Our range features designs suitable for dining rooms, patios, events, outdoor spaces, cafés, eateries, and hospitality establishments.
Is you furniture suitable for outdoor use?
Our furniture is made from resilient resin and plastic that is UIV resistant. However, it's important to note that the intense sun can be damaging, as no material is completely immune to its effects.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer competitive wholesale pricing for businesses and bulk orders. Depending on the volume, we can arrange delivery throughout Canada and the U.S. For a personalized quote, please contact us at orders@griffinchairs.com
Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, we offer sample options for businesses looking to assess the quality and suitability of our chairs before placing a bulk order. Please reach out to orders@griffinchairs.com to inquire about sample availability.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our chairs come with a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies under normal residential or commercial use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, discoloration from extensive UV exposure, surface scratches, or damage from misuse or improper care. To file a claim or learn more, contact us.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer local delivery in Greater Vancouver?
Yes, we provide local delivery within the Metro Vancouver area. Orders under $200 incur a $20 delivery fee, while orders of $200 or more qualify for free delivery. Most local deliveries are completed by the next business day.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our temporary warehouse located at:
5376 Walter Place, Burnaby, BC V5G 4K2. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order and prepare it for pickup. You’ll receive a confirmation email or text once your order is ready.
Do you ship across Canada and the U.S.?
Yes, we ship throughout Canada and the United States using trusted delivery providers. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
